The Paint Box is now entering into it’s 44th year in business. As the owner and professional picture framer I continue to provide the most creative and what I like to call cutting edge picture framing for what is now my third generation of customer. I not only focus on the best custom framing but I also carry a large selection of poster frames and photo frames which you will not find anywhere near or far! I am very excited about the terrific colored lucite frames which are becoming one of my trademark items along with steel covered wood and traditional 22karet gold museum frames contemporary and antique.
My other main focus is on original paintings and prints. The artists that have been involved with The Paint Box have increased in popularity and are some of the best in our area they include , Kendall Klingbeil, Anna Feld, Jane Cooper (janecooperart.com), Carol Benisatto, carolbenisatto.com, Wendy Moore and young Virginia Tect architectural graduate Moreo Rivera who’s talents in graphic design is awesome!

The Paint Box is a family run picture framing and art store business for 44 years. We pride ourselves in knowledgeable and friendly service.
Gale Harrison, owner and picture framer has been working in the business since high school. A college graduate with a degree in art history, she has also studied at art college in England and in the museums of Europe.
Arlene Corren started The Paint Box in 1968 after a career as an art editor for Parents magazine and in advertising. She was a Pratt graduate. Her legacy lives on.
Our web site will allow you to see some examples of our work.
